spreadinghealth

TRORT was primarily initiated as a running platform for a social cause. Not just for financial support but also to spread the knowledge of injury free running. And also to share our joy of well being across the society.

Over the last two years we are able to give an injury free running experience to the HIV infected kids.

volunteers

Volunteers have always been the lifeline and the success of all the previous TRORT editions. The reason being that all our volunteers have been a living testimony of “Run To Express & Exercise To Run”. They are our very own Raramuri Runners.

TRORT is known for its amazing course support. We have aid stations every 2Kms. Each aid stations would be having water, electrolytes, glucose bolts, chocolates, chikkies, bananas. Every aid station will be having a first aid kit . There will be two ambulances patrolling in the run course. Post the run there will be breakfast too.

The course has a net gain in elevation from start to finish. Please study the elevation gain, aid stations and evaluate your race day strategy. Route Info
